Well, the scariest thing about it being February is that we can officially say "We are having a baby this month!" Although exciting, it is a little terrifying. All is ready for her and we are just waiting now for the excitement of waking with contractions and a rush out the door! I must say, I am looking forward to it.
I have "acquired" a few hernias (3 to be exact) during my pregnancy and since I have to have surgery for them 2-3 weeks after birth, my doctor asked if I would rather do a C-section and take care of it all at once. The discussion made me realize that I am actually quite excited for the unknown and can't imagine now scheduling a baby! The type A part of me is shocked but I think there will be something so fun and memorable about not knowing when it will all happen!

- Dave and I just welcomed our newest addition, Taylor Addison Haase, a beautiful baby girl! We are settling into Indianapolis and things are starting to feel like home again. Dave is working in Marketing at Eli Lilly on the diabetes side, with their insulin, Humalog. He is enjoying being back to work and diving into his new position. Ash is working from home and growing her new endeavor, Ashley David Designs, offering graphic design and event planning services. Zeta is still just as snuggly and loves her new baby sister! Come visit anytime!

Good call on leaving her arrival TBD. There is nothing like the event of having a baby; it's amazing (after the drugs are administered, of course!).

Wowsers Ash!! I can't believe that it is really baby haase's birthday month! i am sooo excited to meet the little lady. and btw you are supremely brave - i mean whats a hernia (or three) to a tough cookie like you! miss you :)
