Here are some more photos... and here is a recap. Ash only had to push for about 20 minutes, and never broke a sweat or felt any pain (today is worse than yesterday, and they won't give her another epidural despite her requests)... like I said we are very blessed.
Baby Taylor is doing great. 5 poops in 20 hours, and she rarely wants to wake up so we have to pester her to make her feed. She is beautiful. Her head is normally shaped, her eyes dark blue, and her skin was only grey for the first few minutes after birth.
We slept pretty well last night, from 11:30-2:30, 3:30-5:30, and 7-8ish. Funny how that qualifies for a good night's sleep!!! Eat one all you childless people out there. You may sleep more than us but our daughter will never do chores for you! Wait until Gerber signs her to a multi-million dollar contract, suckers.
Ash had a little tearing, but is recovering well. We'll keep the ice and vicodin coming. Daddy will just eat cupcakes.
Sorry for the scattered thoughts, but we are having fun and loving parenthood.

Oh! Look at what a cute little family you are! Thanks for sharing all the pics. Congratulations again! Love, Chris, Jamie, and baby in tummy!!!(perhaps Taylor's future love!)
Love the update and great photos - keep 'em coming! Dave, does it feel weird to be called "Daddy" now?
Have you perfected your swaddle yet?
So glad all is going well and smoothly, especially yall getting some decent sleep; it's sad that a 3 hour stretch makes all the difference in the world, but at this stage it really does!!
xoxo
So glad to hear all is still going so smoothly!! Taylor is absolutely beautiful!! I can't wait to bring Samantha over and give her some practice with being a big sister!! Love you guys and can't wait to see you again! Enjoy the last hours with all of the extra help from the hospital, but celebrate your departure!!!!
